We’ve been there ourselves as internet customers. In fact my best ever experiences buying online have been with the really small companies. The ones who sell a product they are passionate about, and who go out of their way to make sure my shopping experience is a happy one.
And that is what we are trying to achieve here at vipers racing suits. We’re a small business who don’t have multi-million pound marketing budgets or huge 24hr call centers. What we do have though is a genuine passion for our leather jackets and bags and a commitment to provide an exceptional personal service to our customers.
